35bt Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "35bt" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://35bt.io, together with all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any natural person who has registered or is in the process of registering an account on the 35bt platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal player account created upon successful registration on 35bt.
• "Balance" refers to the sum of all real-money funds held in a Player's 35bt account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit credits awarded by 35bt to a Player's account.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any staking of real-money or bonus funds on a sporting event, casino game, or other betting market on the 35bt platform.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency of the 35bt platform.
• "KYC" ("Know Your Customer") refers to the identity and age verification process conducted by 35bt to confirm a Player's eligibility.
• "Prohibited Territories" refers to jurisdictions from which access to or use of the 35bt platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register a 35bt account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You are not a current or former employee of 35bt or any affiliated company, and are not a close family member of any such employee.
• You do not already hold an existing 35bt account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account at any time.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 35bt for breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. 35bt reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any time.

By submitting your registration, you warrant that all information provided is true and accurate. Providing false information, including but not limited to a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities.

3 Account Management

Once your registration is complete and your account has been verified, you are responsible for all activity conducted through your 35bt account. The following obligations apply at all times:

• One account per person: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one 35bt account is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, bonuses voided, and net winnings confiscated pending investigation.
• Password security: You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted using your credentials.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 35bt support immediately at [email protected]. 35bt cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.
• Account accuracy: You must update your account information promptly if any details change, including your mobile wallet number used for withdrawals. 35bt is not liable for failed withdrawals caused by outdated account information provided by the Player.
• Non-transferability: Your 35bt account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

35bt reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks (KYC) at any point, including requesting a copy of a national identity document, utility bill, or additional confirmation of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time as requested may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 35bt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved payment methods listed on the 35bt deposits page.
• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited.
• Deposits made from a payment account not registered in your name may be declined or withheld pending verification.
• 35bt does not accept credit card deposits or deposits from third-party payment sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you are obligated to notify 35bt immediately. Funds deposited in error remain the property of 35bt and must not be wagered.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with 35bt support.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• 35bt aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be withheld or delayed where KYC verification is incomplete, where the account is under investigation, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
• 35bt is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's mobile financial service provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched from the 35bt platform.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and event wagering on the 35bt platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 35bt does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in cases of obvious pricing errors at the sole discretion of 35bt.
• In the event of a pricing error where odds are clearly incorrect (for example, where decimal odds of 1.01 are offered on an event that should carry higher risk), 35bt reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the minimum scheduled play has been completed, bets will be settled in accordance with 35bt's event-specific settlement rules published on the relevant betting market page.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. 35bt reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice.
• The maximum payout per single bet slip is ৳500,000 (BDT five hundred thousand) unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing with 35bt management. Winning amounts exceeding this threshold will be capped at ৳500,000.
• 35bt reserves the right to limit the stake size accepted from any individual Player at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

6 Casino Games

All casino games available on the 35bt platform (including but not limited to live dealer games, video slots, table games, and crash games) are provided by independent third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following terms apply:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) operated by the relevant game provider. 35bt does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a game round, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account. This is the sole remedy available to the Player in such circumstances.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages provided by the game provider and are not a guarantee of individual session results.
• Players are solely responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager. 35bt provides game information and demo modes where available to assist with this.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game round as specified within each game's settings. Exceeding displayed bet limits through technical means will result in the excess stake being voided.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

35bt may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are awarded for recreational play only. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus terms through systematic or low-risk wagering strategies (for example, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee bonus clearance) will have their bonus and associated winnings voided.
• 35bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Player commitments already in progress under the promotion will be honoured.
• Seasonal promotions referencing occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day are offered at 35bt's sole discretion and are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of launch.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Players who have previously received a welcome bonus are not eligible for further welcome bonuses under a new account or re-registration.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not available for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35bt platform:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate betting outcomes, share information about hole cards in live poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the house.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events that you have directly or indirectly influenced, or placing bets with information that constitutes inside knowledge not available to the general public.
• Use of automated systems: Operating bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written approval from 35bt.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, game software glitches, or any other technical malfunction for financial gain.
• Money laundering: Using the 35bt platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds. 35bt will report suspected money laundering activity to appropriate authorities.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player while under the age of 21, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Fraud: Attempting to make chargebacks on legitimate deposits, providing false identity documents during KYC, or any other dishonest conduct intended to deceive 35bt or other Players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 35bt platform — including but not limited to the 35bt brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 35bt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 35bt platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the 35bt platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any 35bt software or game interface.
• Using 35bt branding, logos, or visual assets in any form without prior written approval.

Any unauthorised use of 35bt intellectual property may result in account termination and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35bt excludes all liability to Players for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind, even where 35bt has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from network outages, server downtime, or third-party payment provider delays that are outside 35bt's reasonable control.
• Any action or inaction by a game provider, payment provider, or other third party that results in loss to the Player.

35bt's maximum liability to any individual Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to 35bt in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 35bt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

35bt collects, processes, and stores personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 35bt uses Player data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Providing and improving the 35bt platform and its game and betting services.
• Communicating promotional offers where the Player has opted in to marketing communications.
• Complying with legal obligations including anti-money laundering and responsible gaming requirements.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player: You may close your 35bt account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be assessed. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Termination by 35bt: 35bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A breach of these Terms has been established or is reasonably suspected.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months and the balance is zero.
• 35bt is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
• The Player is found to have registered from a Prohibited Territory.

Where an account is closed by 35bt due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 35bt reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and in cases of fraud or money laundering, the entire account balance pending investigation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

35bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 35bt will provide reasonable advance notice to active Players via email or an on-platform notification. Notice will be given at least seven (7) days before material changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently by law or regulatory instruction.

Continued use of the 35bt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available at https://35bt.io/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 35bt arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting 35bt support at [email protected].

35bt aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full written response within ten (10) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may seek alternative dispute resolution through an appropriate independent body.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
